Pretty Rusian women get married

Greetings
I’m planning to get married to a Russian women , she insist to live in her country and I have no problem with that . My concern is the legal and paper work for me to stay in Russia as a foreigner husband , I don’t anything about the law there.
Would you please light me up about it .

To effect a marriage in Russia, you shall have following documents near you:
– birth certificate,
-certificate, verifying that you are not married at the present moment (marriage search certificate) ,
-certificate about previous marriage (or marriages), in case if you were married before and divorce certificate (or divorces) or death certificate of your wife.
-receipt of state duty payment (200 rubles),
-passport with visa

ATTENTION! All documents shall be legalized! It means that if you came from the country, which signed Hague Convention, you shall put apostil to all documents, except Passport. In USA state secretary will put apostil, in France – Procurator General, in Switzerland – Canton secretariat, in Australia – Foreign Affairs Department, in Norway – Lieutenant Governor. In case if you are the citizen of the country, which didn’t sign Hague Convention (for example Canada), so you shall make consular legalization for your documents. Your documents shall be certified by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country at which territory document was issued. Then documents shall be legalized by Russian Consulate, located in your country (or first your documents shall be certified by Foreign Government Consulate located in Russian Federation and then shall be legalized in the Consular service Department of Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Russia). It means that
if you will not take care about le galization of your documents, you will have to come back to Moscow or to
residence country.

As Russian language is government language of Russian Federation, your documents shall be translated to Russian language and certified by notary. It is very important to translate your name to Russian using the same letters for all documents, including your visa. Other way it will not be possible to get married.
Later your wife shall apply to Russian Immigration service.
